A little over 17 years ago, I started my career in Corporate Ghana as a wide – eyed young lady who was expecting nothing short of an excellent career.
I was one of the five candidates who had gone through a rigorous interview and assessment process to be recruited and given the opportunity to start my career as a graduate trainee with one of the prestigious institutions in Ghana.
